Title: early morning went to TP and jog wif my bro... i run 6 round man... till 3rd or 4th round i tired aready... but still haf to finish up the 6round.. hehe... den after tt he bring to do some sit up... ask mi do 50 sia... this is crazy... but end up i do 20 onli.. haha... den do incline pull up, ask mi hold there for 15sec... haha... end up 17sec.. he bluff mi lor... say how unfit i am... k lor.. i shall prove to u how fit i am!! HUMPH!!! BITE U AR!! haha... kidding la... how can i do tt to u =) den walk ard TP... den go MAKAN!! woohoo~~ wah seh... the canteen like nv clean like tt... alot of mosqitoe sia... mi and gorgor scratch here and there... but nice leh the leg... like kena chicken pok.. haha.. but gorgor kena bite the most.. hehe... den went slp for awhile, bath and get ready to go sch!!! =) ya lor... like tt... =D HAPPY 10TH MONTHSARY TO ANIMAL KINGDOM!!!
